Starbucks

Terrible mannered white heavy-set man , doesn’t keep napkins on the shelf, has a terrible attitude problem and discriminates against cats. Threw me out of the store after purchasing coffee

This drink was so nasty. It tasted like water and hair products. Sadly I will never return to Starbucks again. I couldn’t drink it, it was so nasty. I have a bad taste in my mouth right now and it’s driving me crazy. To pay almost 7 bucks for one drink and can’t drink it is overly crazy OC. I’m pissed, and I couldn’t take it back because I have to go to work 😩

Very nice and clean Starbucks despite the area. Was very surprised to find one here. The staff were pretty friendly. I’ll be back when I’m on this side of town again.

I would have easily given this location 5 stars. I’m a reserve member who comes in nearly every day and have been doing so since the very first day this store opened. Over time, this place became part of my routine not just because of the coffee, but because of the people. The baristas knew regulars by name, remembered our drinks, and truly reflected the neighborhood they were serving. It created a genuine sense of community that made this location feel special. Lately, though, I’ve noticed many of those familiar faces gradually disappearing. The new hires are polite and have done nothing wrong individually, but the overall atmosphere has shifted. The staff no longer seems to reflect the community that walks through the door every day, and the hiring choices now feel more image-focused than community-focused. As someone who has supported this store since day one, the change has been noticeable and it does make the space feel a little less warm than it once did. I do want to recognize some of the baristas who still carry that welcoming spirit that I know by name , Chloe, Alicia B, Pinky, Lex, Rachel and even newer faces like AJ. There are a couple more whose name I haven’t gotten

This was a very clean and private feeling Starbucks. They had a few people serving, as well as monitoring the drive thru the bathrooms were clean and actually had such pretty cups and mugs and Starbucks things to buy. We were served quickly and had total privacy as a group and they also gave a pleasant outdoor seating area. Great, quiet, clean and great service.
